I am a Bristol based producer specialising in wellbeing, access and talent development. Currently I am focusing on my Radical Wellbeing consultancy, Tobacco Factory Theatre's BLUEPRINT Producer Training Programme, and I am Online Producer at Visual Arts South West.

I am on the board of The Bristol Improv Theatre and have previously worked on Kid Carpet's Epic Fail and Noisy TV, and Trigger's The Hatchling. I have spent time on projects with Sleepdogs, Watershed, Closer Each Day Company and set up Backline to support Bristol's improvised theatre community. I am occasionally an illustrator, sometimes known as Mr G Johnson.

I was in Rife Magazine's 30 under 30 2022 (And then turned 30 later that year).
